Are you a motivated individual with excellent coordination and maintenance skills?

A full-time Operations Coordinator position is available within an expanding company, offering growth opportunities.

As Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and general maintenance of transportable kitchens and auxiliary units for customers in Australasia.

You will be based out of the head office in Cambellfield, reporting to both the Managing Director and Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate site operations, including fleet movements, dispatch, installations, and collections within the catering events sector.

Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and sheet metal tasks for installation and repairs as required.

Estimate resources, materials, and equipment needed for each project, ensuring efficient allocation and cost management.

Handle service calls and customer queries, providing excellent customer support and ensuring timely resolution.

Maintain accurate records and reports on fleet movements, inventory, and customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in site management or service roles within the construction/building industry.

Forklift License (preferable).

White Card (preferable).
