About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Corporate Boardroom Assistant to join our Sydney team. This is a full-time permanent role based in our conveniently located CBD office.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing meeting rooms and maintaining a clean and tidy environment post-meetings
  • Providing exceptional customer service by preparing coffees and beverages for clients in an efficient manner
  • Assisting with food and beverage preparation for clients
  • Handling postage deliveries, restocking stationery and fridges as needed, and completing back-of-house tasks
  • Performing kitchen-hand duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a waiting position, preferably in a corporate or professional setting (hospitality background also considered)
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Flexible working hours for ad-hoc evening events
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Barista experience is a plus, but training is provided
