As a Cloud Support Professional at Vanta, you will be located in Sydney, Australia and join a small but mighty team dedicated to supporting customers. You will have the opportunity to learn-by-doing, collaborate with your team members, and provide above-industry standards in response quality and turnaround.

The role focuses primarily on product best practices and compliance-related issues, but also involves taking on technical-related tickets and customer issues when needed. If you're looking to take your Customer Support career to an emerging technical space, this is the team for you.

You'll provide timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries within established SLAs, master Vanta's product, and explain complex solutions in simplified terms to customers while documenting solutions for scale.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of technical customer support experience in a SaaS/Tech space, be located in the Sydney, Australia area, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.

Experience troubleshooting cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, working knowledge of databases, and empathy for customers are essential. A sense of humor about customer support and commitment to self-study of compliance frameworks are also valuable assets.
