Customer Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and growth within assigned territories.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for account management and customer development. You will be responsible for managing a book of business, focusing on customer retention and growth.

You will develop territory plans that align with the unique requirements of each territory, and build and implement dynamic account plans to drive mutually beneficial value and ensure long-term success.

  • Proactively plan and manage customer engagement, ensuring account plans are in place and driven.
  • Manage a highly valued customer base in Melbourne and the Victorian areas.
  • Accountable for the retention and growth of this client base, supported by a wide team.
  • A love of learning and striving to lift capability and improve performance.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business insight, effectively communicating revenue generation, business cost, and market impacts to C-level customers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and collaborators.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing account plans to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and clients' expectations.
  • Expertise in managing a sales territory, including opportunity and CRM management.
