Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity

This role involves working closely with executives and senior leaders to develop and implement human resources solutions that align with the organization's overall strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of conversations, recommendations, and advice regarding full suite of HR services. This will include employee relations, learning and development, communications, resource planning, organizational change management, and succession planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering recommendations and solutions across multiple areas of human resources.
  • Utilizing people metrics, capability requirements, and business metrics to identify areas for long-term development.
  • Providing interpretation and counsel to management at all levels regarding policies, programs, and practices.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with executives and senior leaders on people matters.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including remuneration, employee relations, diversity, and performance management.
