Reshaping People Operations
We're looking for a seasoned leader to drive transformative change in our People and Culture function. This is an exciting opportunity to build, optimize, and scale high-performing systems that empower our team members and fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic people management frameworks that align with our business objectives.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of P&C Coordinators and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape our company culture and embed rituals that promote engagement, productivity, and innovation.
- Drive the development and execution of comprehensive performance management strategies that focus on growth, feedback, and accountability.
- Oversee the design and implementation of automated workflows and HRIS solutions that streamline administrative tasks and enhance employee experiences.
- Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and workforce planning to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of data insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within People and Culture or related functions.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and systems, driving transformational change, and delivering business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in performance management, including goal-setting, feedback, and coaching.
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with HRIS/automation platforms, preferably Rippling or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
