People and Culture Solutions Expert

We are seeking an expert in people and culture to join our team. As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with operational leaders to deliver exceptional results in a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with operational leaders to provide coaching and support on people-related matters.
- Drive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations support processes, conducting thorough investigations and performance management initiatives.
- Champion data integrity using Workday, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across the organization.
- Participate in key projects and initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with our values.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong Employee Relations and Industrial Relations knowledge, preferably gained through experience in shift-based or award-covered businesses. Familiarity with Workday is a significant advantage, as well as HRIS systems in general. Local Victorian experience is essential for navigating a unionized environment. You must also have proven tenure in roles, demonstrating delivery of people projects and having confident communication skills. Resilience and ability to handle tough conversations are crucial. A qualification in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with full Australian working rights.
