Job Title: National Account Manager

Lead Wine Growth Strategist

Our company is seeking an accomplished National Account Manager to drive category reviews, NPD presentations, and investment analysis.

  • Deliver annual volume, net sales, and gross profit targets
  • Build and execute strategic Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Partner with Buying and Category teams to align on promotions, activations, and innovation
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, category, shopper, supply chain, and finance
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities to elevate the wine category
  • Support in delivering strategic initiatives and team development
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a high-performing National Account Manager in FMCG or liquor
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and delivering sustained growth
  • Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with data tools
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage direct reports
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing
