As a Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across your assigned category.
You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that deliver customer-centric, sustainable growth while surpassing sales targets.
The team you will join is dynamic, innovative, and customer-focused. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure we stay ahead of market trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting and executing compelling category plans that address evolving customer needs.
- Building and nurturing long-lasting supplier partnerships.
- Leading the team with passion and energy, empowering them to create high-performing, customer-first solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, leveraging customer insights and market trends.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong track record in retail buying or category management.
- Excellent customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer insights into business growth strategies.
- Strategic vision and innovation skills, with the ability to spot market trends and anticipate customer preferences.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain impactful relationships.
