We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare team at iNova Pharmaceuticals (Aust). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and achieving or exceeding designated sales, profit, and market share targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans for Skin and Sun, including market analysis and trend forecasting.
- Identify and develop innovation pipelines for incremental growth, including product, packaging, and claims.
- Set pricing and channel strategies for the brand(s) in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Translate 3-year brand strategies into one-year business plans with guidance from the Senior Brand Manager.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing of FMCG or Pharmaceutical OTC within Australia.
- Proven track record of developing and leading above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing a brand P&L.
- Experience in managing brand advertising and promotional spend (A&P).
- Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and present information effectively.
