To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager for Gatorade. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing all aspects of the marketing mix for the Gatorade brand including (but not limited to) strategy, communications, innovation, activation, and strategic partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead 12-18 month brand strategy for Gatorade, whilst supporting the Marketing Manager in the development of the 36+ month strategy and in collaboration with the bottler and global support team.
- Executing the JBP in smaller markets - work with the franchise team to execute the 3 year joint planning for Fiji and PNG bottlers, motivating the PEP and Bottler teams to deliver to the agreed strategy/plan
- Develop clear communication strategies for Gatorade, delivering above the line campaigns from brief creation right through to production and post campaign delivery including coordinating appropriate consumer testing to deliver best in class campaigns.
- Manage the execution of all media and activation plans to deliver innovative and consumer relevant brand campaigns that delivers to both short & long term brand equity objectives
- Lead the Commercialisation of key innovations for launch in ANZ, managing the project through the Stage Gate process.
- Own the A&M (Advertising & Marketing) budget, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of spend and reporting with the finance team, adhering to the Controls process.
- Build strong working relationships with bottler teams (ALB) and global support teams, to develop an aligned Gatorade TM plan, dealing with objections and gaining support for the plan.

Qualifications:
**About you**:
- Minimum 6 years sales / marketing experience, preferably within FMCG and/or Franchise environment.
- Proven success in some of the following core marketing areas; comms development (film as well as strong experience in digital and social content development and deployment), media planning (inc digital), TTL programme development, innovation, research, agency management.
- Ability to be highly organised yet adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities both quickly and effectively
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to collaborate with others
- Demonstrated strong people management and team leadership, particularly ability to influence others to deliver key initiatives
- Demonstrated proven strategic ability to lead complex cross functional projects is critical
- Creativity to identify alternative approaches and solutions and Maturity to handle debates involving differences of opinion
