Marketing Innovation Lead

**About the Role**

PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Marketing Innovation Lead to support the development, management, and implementation of all aspects of the marketing mix for the Doritos portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global FMCG company with some of the world's most trusted and iconic brands.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement product and packaging innovations to enhance consumer growth, aligning with market demands and portfolio strategy.
* Collaborate effectively with critical functions (Sales, Category, R&D, Operations, Finance) to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
* Contribute to the creative development and implementation of new product development (NPD) and above-the-line (ATL) marketing plans.
* Analyse monthly performance using internal dashboards and external data sources to identify key drivers and challenges.
* Assist in gathering materials for internal and external brand presentations, including Go-to-Market documents for sales and category teams.
* Oversee the budget process, including purchase orders, invoicing, compliance, and monthly forecasting.
* Foster internal enthusiasm for brands through events, point-of-sale (POS) activities, and cross-functional engagement.
* Manage relationships with key agencies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand growth strategies.
