About Us Researcher

As a User Experience Researcher, you will contribute significantly to the team's understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations. You will own and execute part of the UX research strategy for a business or product line. Use observation techniques, interviews, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies and ensure our products are regularly tested with users.

You'll be joining a supportive UX team with a strong culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We work closely with product, design, development, and strategy teams to drive user-centred product innovation.

The role requires a degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human Geography, or a related field. At least 3-5 years working as User Experience Researcher or User Researcher is necessary. The candidate must have demonstratable experience working with UX Designers and Product Managers in a technology / product-oriented product development environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn and develop your research toolkit is a must.
