User Experience Researcher

We are seeking a talented individual to join our UX Research team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user needs and creating exceptional digital experiences.
As a member of our team, you will contribute to the creation of effective design solutions that meet varied user needs.
You will work collaboratively with designers and other researchers to inform the development of user-centered products.
Our team drives the Staff & Customer Experience vision across all digital and assisted touch points.
Roles Available:
- Experience Researcher: Conduct research initiatives, support user experience research activities, and advocate for research across the organization.
- Specialist Experience Researcher: Prioritize research projects, plan user research for services with challenging user needs, and collaborate with designers and other researchers.
- Senior Experience Researcher: Lead UX research projects, plan user research for services with complex user needs, and collaborate with designers and other researchers.
- Research Operations (ResOps) Specialist: Ensure research activities run smoothly and efficiently, managing knowledge, operational strategy, and research logistics.
