About the Role:
  • You will lead end-to-end research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to inform product design and direction.
  • You will partner with senior-level teams across product management, design, marketing, data science, and engineering to influence product development.
  • You will conduct research programs that uncover opportunities for our platform, helping us understand user needs, behaviors, and emotions.
  • You will analyze qualitative data, synthesize insights, and create engaging stories to resonate with diverse audiences.
Your Background:
  • You will have significant experience designing and conducting large-scale user research, driving impact through seamless user experiences.
  • You'll be skilled in various qualitative and quantitative research techniques, with knowledge of when, why, and how to research effectively.
  • You will excel at creating ways to share insights and bring your team along on the journey of discovery.
