The Opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from customer-focused individuals who are looking to build a long-lasting career within our legal support team. Our Administrative Assistants play a crucial role in the smooth running of our practice groups and ensure our Legal Assistants and legal teams perform at the highest level.
Your Day-To-Day
As a key member of our team, you will provide timely and accurate support to Legal Assistants with administrative needs, deliver high-quality work while managing deadlines, and liaise with business services and other teams to coordinate urgent mail and courier requests.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with less than 18 months of administrative experience who demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace, and strong time management and organisational skills. You will also require knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
