About the Role

The Company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in ASIC Administration. This is a critical role that will support senior staff and the management team in providing world-class service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation, coordination, and processing of ASIC Company Statements, including invoicing and minutes
  • Processing of all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes, and share certificates
  • Company and title searches
  • Maintaining internal systems
  • Client correspondence
  • Preparation and maintenance of databases
  • Scanning, emailing, filing
  • General office support duties
  • Some PA duties to Partners
  • Diary management
About You
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
  • Have experience using MYOB, BGL, ASIC, and ATO portals
  • Be familiar with ASIC forms and requirements
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in using XERO would be highly regarded, although not essential
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong administration skills
  • High attention to detail
