Administrative Assistant

The Company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in ASIC Administration. This is a critical role that will support senior staff and the management team in providing world-class service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation, coordination, and processing of ASIC Company Statements, including invoicing and minutes
- Processing of all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes, and share certificates
- Company and title searches
- Maintaining internal systems
- Client correspondence
- Preparation and maintenance of databases
- Scanning, emailing, filing
- General office support duties
- Some PA duties to Partners
- Diary management
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
- Have experience using MYOB, BGL, ASIC, and ATO portals
- Be familiar with ASIC forms and requirements
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in using XERO would be highly regarded, although not essential
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail
