About the Role
As a full-time Legal Receptionist at Empire Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Handling and fielding incoming calls and messages
  • Managing and distributing mail and packages
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are neat and set up for meetings
  • Management of the meeting room diary
  • Replenishing stock with the office and kitchen
  • Organising catering for on-site events
  • Assisting with general administrative duties
  • Liaising with clients and staff on day-to-day matters

About You
We are seeking a professional, organised receptionist with strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and can adapt to different shift schedules, we encourage you to apply.
