About the Role
As a full-time Legal Receptionist at Empire Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and ensuring a positive first impression
- Handling and fielding incoming calls and messages
- Managing and distributing mail and packages
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are neat and set up for meetings
- Management of the meeting room diary
- Replenishing stock with the office and kitchen
- Organising catering for on-site events
- Assisting with general administrative duties
- Liaising with clients and staff on day-to-day matters
About You
We are seeking a professional, organised receptionist with strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and can adapt to different shift schedules, we encourage you to apply.
