Drive business growth by leading strategy and development. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage revenue profiles, service delivery, and functionality of QLD business operations.
The Business:
We are a nationally recognized brand with a well-established financial advice business and a strong national footprint, encompassing internal and external advice delivery and investment management capabilities.
The Role:
You will take responsibility for effectively managing our QLD business operations, working closely with Licensed Practices across the region and an employed division, financial advice practice located in the Brisbane CBD.
We have a high-performing culture that is driven by relationship management, leadership, and initiatives to support our advice teams delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

The Person:
Ideal applicants will have 3 years' experience in a direct advice management role in a financial planning business, ideally with accountability for revenue and financial performance.

- Effective relationship management influence of external stakeholders and business partners
This position requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive business growth through effective management.
