About the Role

A Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for driving organic rent roll growth by fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new landlords.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our state-of-the-art Windsor Office in Brisbane's inner-north side, working closely with a dedicated Leasing Agent and Executive Assistant to focus on development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rent Roll Expansion: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to acquire new landlords.
  • Development Initiatives: Collaborate with a dedicated Leasing Agent and Executive Assistant to drive business expansion.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a fast-paced, professional property management team focused on delivering exceptional customer experience for landlords and tenants.
  • Growth Objectives: Support and collaborate with the Property Management Director and broader team to achieve growth targets.
Requirements
  • Real Estate Expertise: Knowledge of the Residential Real Estate Industry and Property Management.
  • Certification or License: Current Queensland Real Estate Registration or License with the OFT.
  • Leadership Qualities: A driven individual with a passion for growth and improvement.
  • Teamwork: A results-driven team player with a self-starter mindset.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
