Job Title: Senior Property Acquisition Manager

Our organization seeks a seasoned Property Acquisition Specialist to spearhead the acquisition of new properties and foster strong relationships with builders and developers. This full-time role demands a hands-on approach, requiring the candidate to manage property acquisition, lead negotiations, and resolve potential issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for acquiring new properties across designated markets
  • Maintain a comprehensive 'stock intelligence map' to proactively monitor future pipeline opportunities
  • Establish and maintain direct relationships with builders and developers, ensuring seamless communication and collaborative problem-solving
  • Participate in project briefings, negotiate terms, and coordinate active stock allocations
  • Monitor and report on EOI-to-settlement progress per deal, ensuring timely completion
  • Resolve issues such as settlement delays, valuation discrepancies, or stock documentation gaps
  • Accurately load and maintain data within our internal property portal
  • Provide prompt, clear responses to colleagues without bottlenecks or dependencies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in builder BDM, property acquisition, or residential development/project sales
  • In-depth understanding of off-the-plan, house & land, and investment-grade properties
  • High level of accountability, operational discipline, and commercial acumen
  • Strong communication skills, with attention to detail across documentation and contracts
  • Comfortable working independently, with minimal delegation required
