About the Role


The Regional Manager position at Belgravia Leisure presents a unique opportunity to lead the success of 16 aquatic recreation facilities and tourism sites across Northern NSW. As a seasoned manager with extensive experience in commercial/business management, preferably from within the leisure, fitness, aquatic or facility management sector, you will be accountable for the operational performance, financial and program deliverables of each centre.


You will demonstrate leadership skills, with experience in building successful teams and developing a high-performance culture. Your ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive engagement and development of your team members, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the community and Belgravia, will be essential to driving business success.


The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully shaping high-performance teams and articulating the link between employee engagement and exceptional business performance. This is a rare opportunity for an outstanding people leader to coach, inspire, and lead a dynamic team across all sites within the region.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute operational, financial, and people plans to achieve successful outcomes
  • Lead a dynamic and complex business operation, preferably from within the leisure, fitness, aquatic, retail, hospitality or facility management industries
  • Maintain sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and ensure compliance
  • Demonstrate highly developed verbal and written communication skills with a flair for positive influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes

What We Offer


This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
