As a key member of our APAC regional team, you'll focus on executing regional processes and managing local depots and teams. Your goal will be to drive operational results on availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

The Role

You'll be responsible for executing end-to-end processes that support our objectives, including real estate expansion projects, day-to-day property management, and health and safety norms. You'll also coordinate with local operations and teams to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation.
  • Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
  • Manage relationships with local partners and suppliers to ensure quality and throughput.
  • Execute regional stock replenishment procedures.
  • Contribute to the evolution of real-estate standards and create a physical reality that enables local operations to excel.
  • Procure and negotiate suppliers as needed.
  • Lead the expansion of our network through real estate procurement and negotiation.
  • Contribute to achieving efficiency targets in your region.

Requirements

  • Background in Engineering, business, or similar education.
  • Prone to action, with experience in procurement execution and supplier management a plus.
  • Organised and analytical, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with good communication skills and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
