The Pharmacy Operations Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a quality service that is compliant with legislative and client contractual requirements. This involves overseeing and managing client relationships nationwide, coordinating activities of Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists-in-Charge, and ensuring a high standard of pharmacy services and operations.

A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and industry landscapes is essential, as well as highly developed persuasive interpersonal and communication skills. A Bachelor of Pharmacy and AHPRA registration are also required.

This role offers an attractive salary package of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include an Employee Share Plan, Company Paid Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program for Mental Health Wellbeing, Staff Awards, Employee Referral Program, and Health Insurance Discounts.
