Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Pharmacy Professional to lead our team at Star Discount Chemist Dolls Point. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy, providing expert advice to patients, and delivering innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication Management: Ensure precise dispensing and manage medication therapy to optimize patient health outcomes.
  • Expert Consultations: Provide expert advice, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Specialized Services: Expand your practice with services like vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
  • Community Engagement: Host wellness events, workshops, and support groups, making the pharmacy a trusted healthcare destination.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, manage budgets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current Ahpra registration and a working with children check. You should also have experience with 7CPA professional services, DAA's, and QCPP regulations, as well as skills in budget, wages, and GP management. Vaccination training is also highly desirable.
