Lead Training Developer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of training programs across various technical and production communities.
This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating competency profiles for front-line factory workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute education and training methodologies in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with E&T Pillar Leaders to drive TPM initiatives through regular coaching and support.
- Partner with HR to design and deliver upskilling programs focused on connected ways of working, process mastery, and career development pathways.
- Establish leadership skills to drive factory maturity towards reliable manufacturing and agile operations.
- Support functional departments in developing training and development plans.
- Deliver critical leadership programs essential for operational success, including Fit2Win, Front Line Leadership, and T&P related i-learn programs.
- A proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Formal training and coaching qualifications.
- Experience in managing change and implementing performance management tools.
- Working knowledge of Leadership Development and Education and Training Pillar methodology.
