
Client Growth Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned Client Growth Manager to drive revenue expansion, client satisfaction, and risk management for our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end account management experience, including account planning, client relationships, opportunity management, commercial negotiations, delivery management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key responsibilities include developing in-depth knowledge of allocated clients' environments, defining strategic account plans, diagnosing customer needs, and recommending value-based solutions.
The successful applicant will also drive activities to deliver agreed milestones with clients, prepare proposals, follow up on marketing campaigns, contribute to budget preparation, and manage accurate revenue forecasts.
In addition, the role requires negotiation of contracts, management of client and contact information, compliance with company standards, and regular reporting on portfolio progress and client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will require tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent industry experience, senior-level account management skills, and a good understanding of logistics and service operations.
Prior experience in solution sales process management, proposal writing, and disciplined sales management skills are highly desirable.
