As a key player in the success of our construction cloud portfolio, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in the construction industry and a deep understanding of SaaS technology and project planning/delivery. They will be able to distil complex workflows and solutions for multiple AEC audiences, making them a valuable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake deep technical discovery to uncover primary goals and create solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with customer teams to secure technical closure of proposed solutions within our construction cloud platform.
  • Manage technical evaluations, define solutions architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, and engage with third-party providers.

  • Document quantifiable pain points, technical decision criteria, and metrics used in the evaluation within Salesforce and other collaborative tools.

Requirements:
