We are looking for a seasoned Software Solutions Expert to provide top-notch consulting services to our clients. This role involves ensuring maximum value is derived from using our software applications and resolving any issues promptly.

Responsibilities:
  • Detect and resolve problems remotely
  • Offer instant consulting services through online sessions
  • Elevate issues if necessary, working closely with the development team
  • Request modifications to code and new features
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of ABC Quant products
  • Strong understanding of alternative investments
  • Experience in small to medium-sized project teams
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Support and implementation (Oracle, MySQL, LAMP)
  • 5+ years of programming experience - PHP, Jscript, jQuery
  • Excellent communication skills - frequent interaction with end customers
