Sales Leadership Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in sales leadership and management, with experience in either Distal Extremities, Sports Medicine, or Orthopaedics.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team across NSW, working closely with other regional sales managers to drive business growth.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to your team, helping them to meet and exceed set sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with operations, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial strategies.
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent within your team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Key performance indicators for this role include achieving sales targets, driving inter-departmental collaboration, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:The successful incumbent will be an exceptional leader with a proven track record in sales management and leadership. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others.
