">We are seeking an experienced sales professional to support the call centre manager in our boutique outbound sales office.
">As a sales coaching expert, you will train, coach, mentor and motivate the outbound team under the guidance of the call centre manager.
">This is a full-time position where you will work closely with the recruiting & training coordinator to build a high-performing team. The outbound team works shifts of 8:30am-12:30pm &/or 1pm-5pm Monday to Friday.
">About the Role
">Key responsibilities include providing clear communication, direction, and leadership support to the telesales team & manager, implementing strategies to drive performance, and motivating the team to achieve success.
">Requirements
">- Outbound call centre or sales management experience">
- Demonstratable experience motivating individuals to achieve targets">
- Experience in successfully coaching and training staff to improve sales performance">
- Effective leadership skills">
- Promote a positive team culture">
- Business results analysis">
- Develop action plans to drive performance">
- Genuinely passionate about seeing people succeed">
- Strong communication and influencing skills">
- Excellent time management skills">
