About the Role

As a Solution Marketing Specialist in our mid-market segment, you will be responsible for driving demand generation initiatives to fuel our growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for a digital-first marketer with expertise in B2B SaaS and community engagement.

  • Community Engagement: You will monitor and contribute to discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, and other online communities, sharing content and sparking engagement.
  • Content Creation & Localisation: Create new content relevant to small and medium enterprise (SME) buyers and adapt global content to the APAC context.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Collaborate with product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the SME segment.
  • SEO & Content Strategy Alignment: Work with the global marketing team to create regional content that supports organic growth and aligns with keyword strategies.
  • Paid Campaigns: Execute digital ads and campaigns aimed at SMEs.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics and share insights with the demand team.
  • Review Platform Management: Oversee our presence on G2 and other review platforms and drive review collection to maintain strong ratings.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and positioning in the SME space.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the APAC sales and business development team for lead transfer, qualification, and feedback.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Map and optimize the SME customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Persona Development: Refine and maintain detailed buyer personas for SME decision-makers.
