Risk Assurance Specialist

We seek experienced professionals with expertise in Financial Markets, Treasury and Group Finance. The ideal candidate will manage risk and compliance for Institutional Banking, ensuring alignment with Group strategy.
Deliver assurance activities for the Institutional Bank's Finance & Treasury Control function, ensuring programs are aligned to Group strategy.
Perform independent reviews on key business controls as a dedicated 2nd LoD function.
Implement governance and risk policies, procedures & programs.
Document findings and deliver opinions, collaborating and challenging the business when necessary.
Undertake deep dives of Business, Project, Tender and Investment risks profiles.
Maintain relationships with Ops Risk, Compliance & Group Audit stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years hands-on risk assurance experience in Financial Markets, Banking Treasury or Finance.
Sound knowledge of Global Markets and Treasury Control workflows.
Adept in designing and executing testing plans, review scopes and reports.
Experience in developing operational risk frameworks for large organisations.
Self-starter willing to take initiative.
Regulatory reporting experience (MiFID, CFTC, GDR, etc.) is highly valued.
This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication and a collaborative mindset.
