Risk Assurance Specialist

- Support and implement automated controls that improve risk and compliance outcomes across retail banking services.
- Support change initiatives by ensuring new and evolving processes are underpinned by robust automated controls.
- Lead continuous assurance efforts, helping to embed a proactive, data-driven approach to risk management.
- Conduct and manage control assurance program testing, including test script development and reporting on findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Automated/application control testing or IT general controls with a strong operational risk mindset.
- Data analysis and proficiency in SQL to drive insights and decisions.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and implementation testing.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Risk identification and opportunity recommendation with practical solutions.
- Leadership capability and a collaborative approach.
