Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Business Analyst within our organization. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Telecom IT landscape and experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and solution implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for business analysis, create policies, and design proposals that meet organizational needs.
  • Effectively manage project planning, prioritization, and product roadmaps to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze business and system options to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations.
Essential Skills:
  • Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems in the telecom domain, particularly Fulfillment, Orchestration, O2A, and Order Management.
  • Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and creating user stories in JIRA.
  • Expertise in Business and System Analysis with a deep understanding of Telecom IT concepts and Agile methodology principles.
