As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and thought leadership in Telecom O2A, Fulfillment, Orchestration, Order Management, and Solution Implementation Principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop functional requirements, architectural decisions, and solutions that meet project objectives.
- Conduct discovery workshops to create high-level functional documentation and facilitate effective solution development.
- Evaluate and review design frameworks and methodologies, ensuring they meet functional requirements and conform to architecture.
- Manage backlog grooming, planning, prioritization, and product roadmaps to drive business success.
- Design and implement business analysis strategies, policies, and proposals to achieve organizational goals.
- Model, appraise, and present business/system options for improvement against technical or business problem scenarios.
- Develop and manage stakeholder relations and communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Translate business objectives into detailed requirements to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS in the telecom domain, including Fulfillment, Orchestration, O2A, and Order Management.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, creating EPICs and User Stories in JIRA.
- Expertise in Business and System Analysis with a good understanding of the Telecom IT landscape, concepts, and exposure across various stages of the software development lifecycle with Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Agile principles, and practices.
