Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in Telecom (OSS/BSS) with at least 5 years of experience in IT.
  • Excellent business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and Agile methodology expertise.
  • Ability to create high-level documentation for effective solution development.
  • Design frameworks evaluation and approval of designs that meet functional requirements.
  • Product roadmaps management, backlog grooming, planning, and prioritization.
  • Business analysis strategies and policies design.
  • Modeling and presenting business/system options for improvement.
Essential Experience
  • Good understanding of OSS/BSS in Telecom, including Fulfillment, Orchestration, O2A, and Order Management.
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and Agile methodology.
  • Expertise in Business and System Analysis with a good understanding of Telecom IT concepts.
