- Develop and manage stakeholder relations and communications.
- Translate business objectives into detailed requirements.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are provided and maintained.
- Profound understanding of OSS/BSS in the telecom domain, including Fulfillment, Orchestration, O2A, and Order Management.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, creating EPICs and User Stories in JIRA.
- Expertise in Business and System Analysis with a good understanding of the Telecom IT landscape, concepts, and exposure across various stages of the software development lifecycle with Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Agile principles, and practices.
