Telecom Business Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in Telecom domain to lead our efforts in identifying business needs and developing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OSS/BSS concepts, experience in business analysis, and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide thought leadership in Telecom O2A and Fulfillment domains.
- Create and review functional requirements, architectural decisions, and architecture solutions to meet project objectives.
- Evaluate and approve design frameworks and methodologies to ensure conformance to architecture and functional requirements.
- Manage backlog grooming, planning, prioritization, and product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Excellent understanding of OSS/BSS in the telecom domain, including Fulfillment, Orchestration, O2A, and Order Management.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and creating EPICs and User Stories in JIRA.
- Expertise in Business and System Analysis with a good understanding of the Telecom IT landscape, concepts, and exposure across various stages of the software development lifecycle with Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Agile principles, and practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to translate business objectives into detailed requirements.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
