Site Supervisor - Luxury Residential Projects

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our team on high-end residential projects valued over $2M. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing luxury construction projects, ensuring timely completion and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret project plans and specifications to execute site works accurately.
  • Supervise skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and other subcontractors.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate site records and set-outs to support project progression.
  • Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines while upholding exceptional quality standards.
Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will require at least 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor on luxury projects exceeding $2M in value. Your expertise should encompass high-end construction practices and the ability to navigate complex project requirements.
