Job Title: Senior Business Strategist As a seasoned business leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence in our environmental services division. This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategy and revenue growth plans for the Queensland business
  • Lead project delivery and team performance, ensuring excellence in resourcing, utilisation, and margin management
  • Inspire and guide your team with clear direction and purpose
  • Responsible for winning work and achieving net revenue and backlog targets
  • Foster collaboration across business centres with a focus on cross-selling nationally
 Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in ecology, environmental science/engineering, or a related technical degree
  • 15 years of senior-level experience in environmental services
  • Proven leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and significant project delivery experience
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
