Job Title: Senior Asset Strategist

This is a full-time permanent role based in our head office.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Strategist to lead operational readiness activities, including maintenance strategy development and spares assessments.
  • The successful candidate will develop preventative maintenance plans and procedures for critical equipment, collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts and equipment, review, implement, and improve asset management systems and processes.
  • Solid experience in delivering operational readiness, maintenance strategy development, and spares assessments.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in maintenance and/or operations, and AM consulting teams.
  • Experience developing and managing CMMS and/or Integrity systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis, FMECA/FMEA, and Equipment hierarchy development.
  • Demonstrated initiative to identify and extend service opportunities with existing customers.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams.
  • A willingness to travel and undertake site work as required.
