Senior ICT Strategist Required

Job Overview:

The role of Senior ICT Strategist involves leading the development and implementation of strategic plans for ICT delivery, driving digital transformation in a complex healthcare context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive ICT strategies to support infrastructure uplift and project management methodologies.
  • Leading an ambitious procurement and vendor selection process to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of project management methodologies and associated tools, templates, and procedures.
  • Providing technical guidance on Queensland Health's IM/ICT strategies, architectures, and formal project management approach.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering significant infrastructure programs, preferably in a health/hospital context.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing procurement and vendor selection processes.
  • Expert knowledge and application of project management methodologies and associated tools, templates, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Queensland Health's IM/ICT strategies, architectures, and formal project management approach.
