The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our People and Culture team as a Talent Acquisition and Culture Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping and supporting our initiatives associated with Talent Acquisition and Culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the implementation and tracking of recognition programs.
  • Support the promotion of benefits offered by vendors, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.
  • Organize and coordinate Culture and DE&I events, training programs, and workshops, including liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor centralised inboxes, responding to queries or forwarding them to the appropriate team/individual.
  • Assist with candidate marketing campaigns, creating presentation packs and maintain online sites.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual who has a strong passion for all things People, Culture and Inclusion. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience providing administrative support preferably in HR or Recruitment, or obtained in a high-volume service environment.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills across Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • A can-do, outcome orientated approach, who enjoys supporting teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills; the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • An eye for identifying continuous improvement and optimisation opportunities.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
