About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources division in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including preparing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating the interview process, and presenting offers.
  • Meet hiring goals, maintain a robust pipeline of interested and qualified applicants, and contribute to various talent acquisition projects as assigned.
  • Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to streamline recruitment processes and track key metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience managing full life cycle requisitions.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting and hiring IT and professionals at the individual contributor level up to the executive level (VP/SVP).
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in working with PC applications, online recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Detail oriented and self-sufficient.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accommodate multiple internal clients.
