Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Mapping: Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Partner to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition plan that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate journey throughout the recruitment process, providing transparent communication, timely feedback, and addressing candidate inquiries.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders and the Talent Acquisition Partner to understand their strategic priorities, influence decisions, and provide data-driven insights on talent trends and market dynamics.
  • Continuous Process Optimisation: Regularly evaluate recruitment processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and reducing time-to-fill.
  • Talent Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies, leveraging market intelligence to attract top talent and adapt our approach.
