The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for supporting and driving growth of assigned accounts through balancing day-to-day operational support and leadership to the teams with a strategic approach to the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong global and local client relationships acting as a 'go-to' person and be seen as a trusted partner.
  • Strategic Direction: Take responsibility for the client relationship and help them define the strategic direction of their marketing plans.
  • Campaign Management: Support your team in the delivery of campaigns and projects by providing them with the right insights, tools, and leadership style.
Requirements
  • Significant background in Account Management, ideally coming from an integrated marketing communications agency.
  • Demonstrated high-level exposure to multisector and international environments and ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in the marketing/client management industry, including Media, Technology, Retail, FMCG, and/or Beverage.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
