We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Development Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This exciting opportunity will enable you to maximise growth and customer retention through implementing strategies and communications that enhance user experience and stages of the player lifecycle.

About the Role

This role offers a unique chance to contribute to our company's vision to launch into new markets, focusing on retention marketing and developing optimal plans for campaign delivery. You will work closely with our content and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

As a Marketing Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Indian-Market based communication and content to enhance user experience and stages of the player lifecycle.
  • Developing and recommending optimal plans for campaign delivery, including campaign format and platform, to grow profitability.
  • Enhancing player lifetime value, reducing churn, and implementing relevant CRM strategy in the Chinese market.
  • Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to achieve common goals.
  • Working closely with the acquisition team to maximise campaign growth in the Chinese market and company vision.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of retention marketing principles.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
  • An eye for detail to enhance customer experience through top-line communication.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.

Familiarity with EDM & other CRM marketing tools is desirable, as well as gambling and sports knowledge. Bonus points if you also have proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
