Job Description

We are seeking a senior water treatment engineer to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our wastewater and water treatment technical teams, you will be responsible for undertaking process reviews, investigations, and designs of wastewater and/or water treatment plants.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong chemical and/or environmental engineering background in the municipal water/wastewater industry, with experience undertaking and leading investigations, options assessments, and design of municipal treatment plants.

The role also requires experience in an operational water or wastewater treatment environment, either from a role in operations or through significant time onsite for consultancy or contractor project work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (or working towards being chartered)
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or closely related engineering discipline
  • Strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices
