- 15+ years of experience in engineering roles within the water or wastewater sector.
- Strong background in process or chemical engineering, with exposure to membrane systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering or technical teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers, commercial teams, and external partners.
